Sales and Marketing Consultant
Summary: The sales and marketing consultant is responsible for supporting company sales initiatives, driving business and completing tasks and projects as assigned by the EVP of sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sales development
- Point of contact for assigned/obtained customers to follow-up/develop sales opportunities
- Develop relationships with distributor partners
- Proactively reach out to customers to introduce new products/services and providing customers relevant information about the products and services the company sells
- Plan, organize and manage all sales activities
- Work with inside sales support to ensure successful fulfillment and coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members and management
- Provide customer services after selling the product or service
- Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers needs and expectations
- Learn and understand the CSR/inside sales support process and perform these functions when necessary
- Handle customer complaints and solve conflicts within the company
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and promotional solutions

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and self-directed, able to work independently and within a team
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, or related sales field a plus
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
- Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be an adaptable problem-solver
- Ability to travel to trade shows
Schedule:
- Full-time, hourly, non-exempt, Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm during office hours; weekend and evening hours during trade show events
Sewing Machine Operator
Summary: Responsible for sewing and finishing flags, banners, and fabric promotional products.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sew flags, banners, and a variety of fabric products
- Follow customer order instructions completely and accurately. Verifying quantity, size, product finishing, etc. matches order forms.
- Meet quality requirements and productivity standards
- Monitor machine operation. Perform weekly checks, address minor adjustments, and communicate larger issues to production supervisor.
- Ensure proper thread color, golf tube, car staff, fringe, etc., according to job requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with production tasks such as cutting, pinning, packing or hardware assembly, etc.
- Assist coworkers to meet deadlines as a team
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of industrial sewing machine with double needle
- Demonstrate basic sewing machine knowledge (needle changes, thread changes, bobbin changes, tension, machine threading, etc.)
- Ability to bend, stretch, sit for long periods of time, and lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
Schedule:
- Part-time or full-time, hourly, non-exempt
- Variable schedule based on production demands (typical shifts fall within 8:00-4:30p.m. Mon-Fri)
Print/Production/Warehouse Assistant
Summary: Responsible for assisting Print, Production, and Warehouse departments to ensure customer deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Load digital printers with fabric rolls of varying size and weight
- Monitor printer ink levels and fill as needed
- Daily machine maintenance and cleaning
- Load the heat press and monitoring quality output
- Assist warehouse with packing, palletizing, and shipping product
- Assist production with cutting, pinning, as needed
- Assist with minor building maintenance/custodial tasks
- Assist production manager with projects as needed
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to be cross-trained and work autonomously
- Ability to operate the digital printer and heat press
- Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, climb ladder, reach, stretch, stand for long periods of time, and lift 75 pounds often with assistance

Graphic Artist
Summary: Assist customers and other departments in creating artwork to be applied to promotional products.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare art files provided by customers
- Create proofs for customer approval
- Create new and modify current templates for products
- Create new art for Marketing samples
- Pre-flight art for print and production
- Ensure customer needs are met via timely communication, follow through and follow up
- Convert colors to match Pantone standards or CMYK colors requested by customers
- Assist Marketing department
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign.
- Ability to learn company’s computer system
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Current or recent related work experience
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Administrative Assistant/Communicator
Summary: Responsible for reception area and support of administrative department.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls via 9-line phone system and assist customers
- Oversee reception area, greet customers and office visitors
- Assist Administrative department with workflow/projects
- Sort postal mail, scan documents, send emails and faxes
- Filing
- Data entry, order entry
- Assist President as needed
- Produce reports on Excel and Word
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Customer Service Representative
Summary: Serve as Liaison between the customer and various internal departments. Establish and maintain relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking responsibility for each customer contact and ensuring all customer requirements are met.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer needs are met, via timely communication, follow through and follow up
- Quote and enter customer order information
- Respond to customer requests and questions
- Determine and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain working knowledge of products to ensure customers are given accurate recommendations
- Collaborate with management and internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Assist management in implementation of process improvements
- Answer phones and respond to emails via effective folder management
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
