CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
General Summary: Serve as Liaison between the customer and various internal departments. Establish and maintain relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met. Typically handles transactions between $400 and $10,000 focusing on traditional form orders that require proofing, organization and multi tasking.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer needs are met
• Serve as liaison between the customer and various internal departments
• Enter customer orders
• Respond to customer questions and requests
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
• Refer key service issues or opportunities to the appropriate internal department
• Meet customer service SLA's


 
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
General Summary: Responsible for assisting in production department

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cutting rolls off the heat press

• Cutting orders out of different sections
• Organizing orders
• Pin fabric for double sided products
• Apply grommets to flags
• Quality Control – reviewing all products against work order & specs
• Packaging products
• Prepare shipping labels
• Load/assist with heat press
• Load/assist with printers
 

 
SEAMSTRESS
General Summary: Responsible for finishing products manufactured at Quinn Flags

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of industrial sewing machine with double needle (Juki)
• Demonstrate basic sewing machine knowledge (needle changes, thread changes, bobbin changes, tension, machine threading…)
• Read and understand order instructions completely and accurately
• Verify quantity of flags upon start of order
• Ensures own production conforms to the requirements of quality and schedule
• Monitor machine operation to detect problems such as defective stitching, breaks in thread or machine malfunctions
• Sewing flags using the folder to hem
• Applying black canvas sleeving properly so it has room to stretch around the top curve
• Ability to sew through plastic to attach golf tubes to flag
• Select supplies such as thread color, golf tube, car staff, fringe, etc., according to job requirements
• Inspects input/output quality requirements on all units processed
• Fold flags in a uniform manner that makes it easy to grommet if necessary
• Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner
 

 
WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Pick, Pack, & Ship Orders

• Maintain inventory controls
• Maintain shipping and receiving area
 

 
QUOTING/DATA ENTRY
Summary: Serve as Liaison between the customer and various internal departments. Support Customer Service relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met. Typically handles transactions between $400 and $10,000 focusing on traditional form orders that require proofing, organization, and multi-tasking.

Primary Responsibilities:
Quote and/or enter orders into company computer system
• Proofreading
• Support CSR’s in resolving product or service problems
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
• Refer key service issues or opportunities to the appropriate internal department
• Backup for phones
• Other duties as assigned
 

 
DIGITAL PRINT OPERATOR
Summary: Responsible for producing custom direct to fabric, inkjet print products

Primary Responsibilities:
Wide & Grand format inkjet printing, direct to fabric to be set with heated dye sublimation
• Printing and managing color using RIP software
• Maintain department spreadsheets for tracking rolls, yardage, and maintenance
• Load printers with varying size and weight fabric rolls and tracking lot numbers
• Monitor printer ink levels and address any issues
• Daily standard machine cleanings and maintenance
• Loading the heat press for dye sublimation, learning all parts of the heat press and general maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Communicate with other internal departments for scheduling and rush orders
• Update inventory of supplies

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to lift 75 pounds with assistance
• Graphic Art experience (digital printing using vector art files [.AI, .EPS, .PDF] and Pantone Color matching libraries) preferred, but not required

Schedule:
• Full Time, Hourly, Non=-Exempt
